Hi, I am Shikhar, Founder of Lyfix Marketing.
I am DTC Growth and Marketing strategist. I work with DTC brands and help them grow through my marketing and business strategies.

How will you identify what's stopping my DTC brand from growing and decide what to fix first?
Before starting any work, I will first audit your brand and marketing. The audit includes a detailed diagnosis of the brand including social media pages, website, ads, content, brand positioning, pricing, etc. I will audit each and every element which the customer will be interacting with or something that might be losing the customers. This is how I will know, where to begin your strategy and execution with. You can take your audit using the button given below.
Will you focus on profitable growth and margins, or just improving ROAS and increasing ad spend?
I have always been aligned more towards actual business numbers that bring in the profits instead of the vague numbers that look good on dashboard, but do not directly tell the actual condition or success of the business. This is why I focus on increasing Revenue with Profit Margins rather than metrics like ROAS and Ad spend that only tell the profitability of the ad and not the business.
Who will actually work on my brand, and will you personally be involved in the strategy?
I will be managing your brand personally. I will always be responsible for creating strategies for your brand and setting the direction. The execution will be done by my team, or your internal team (depending upon your package). I do not leave your brand up to a newbie to handle after few months or weeks. Stay Assured! Your brand will always be in experienced hands.
What exactly will you do in the first 90 days, and what results can I realistically expect?
I create customized strategy for every brand. My strategy depends on these factors:
- Current stage of the business
- Goal of the founder
- Time horizon
- Current resources (including marketing budget and manpower)
This is why I do not have a pre-planned template that tells what you can expect from me in the first 90 days of working with me. You can take an audit to know about this.
What happens if your strategy doesn't improve my brand's sales or profitability?
If you start working with me and your brand doesn’t see improved sales or profitability, you get 50% of the amount you paid me for the strategy and planning.

Do you provide the strategy and let my team execute it, or do you handle execution as well?
I only handle the strategy and planning part. The execution is done by either the team I create for your brand or by your existing internal team. I do not manage end to end execution.
